Theresa Lindsey has been participating in dog sports since 2008 and has been doing scent work with her Miniature Schnauzer, Trick, since 2012. Trick has many nose/scent work titles in NACSW, PSD and AKC. While Trick has competed successfully in Conformation, Agility, Barn Hunt and Coursing, Scent Work is definitely his favorite!
Karen Meredith and her Shetland Sheepdog Kaden competed in scent work trials from 2016-2022. Karen was looking for a sport which would give her shy dog confidence, and after trying scent work she knew she had found the right one! Kaden has scent work titles in PSD, AKC, NACSW and CPE. He also has titles in Rally, Barn Hunt and Trick Dog, and has 3 agility championships. He enjoyed participating in the US Canine Biathlon. Kaden went to the Rainbow Bridge on December 20,2022.
Penny Link started competing in performance dog sports in 2015. Scotch, her Parson Russel Terrier, has found success in Agility, Obedience, Rally, Trick Dog, Earthdog, CAT and Barn Hunt. His new found love is scent work! Scotch has scent work titles in NACSW, PSD and AKC.
Maddie Hutcheson and her Basset Hound Austen began scent work training in 2013. Maddie was hoping to find a new sport for Austen after her retirement from agility. During her long performance career, Austen titled in Agility (earning her TDAA championship), Rally Obedience, Barn Hunt, Trick Dog and was a certified Therapy Dog. However, she truly found her niche with scent work where she excelled, earning titles in NACSW, PSD and AKC. Austen was an "original" K-9 Scent Crew Dog. She crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on May 20,2020 at 15.5 years of age.
Maddie started training Lily in scent work in 2019. During Lily's performance career she has earned multiple titles in Agility, Rally, Trick Dog and Dog Parkour, including 3 agility championships (MACH, CT-ATCH and TACH). She has earned scent work titles in NACSW, AKC, PSD and CPE. She and Maddie have done 5-Ks and several US Canine Biathlons.
Finn, a Parson Russel Terrier, joined Penny's performance family in 2019 and has been following in Scotch's paw prints ever since. Finn competes in NACSW, KSG, AKC and CPE scent work and also enjoys NASDA and Barn Hunt .
Topper is the second generation of the Lindsey Crew clan. He joined the Crew in March 2021. He currently competes in KSG and NACSW scent work trials and NASDA trials and has earned several titles in each.
Born in August 2021, Addie is the one of the newest members of the Crew. She competes in KSG, AKC, CPE and NACSW scent work, NASDA, FastCAT, AKC agility and CPE Speedway. She also enjoys the Canine Biathlon.
